Once you have decided on
the service you would like us to provide for you, please use this page so
that we may provide an accurate free estimate of the costs involved and
the time required. After you have an estimate from Alive Networks, you can
call us to arrange for installation. Due to changing costs, all estimates
are valid for 10 business days from the time the estimate was provided.
After this period, an updated estimate can be provided at no cost if
installation is arranged within 5 business days of the subsequent
estimate, or for a nominal fee if installation is arranged after this
date.

Alive Networks to receive an estimate, please ensure that you have the
following information at hand so that an accurate estimate may be
provided. We are not responsible for inaccurate estimates provided due to
missing or incorrect information. Be sure to have the following:
The number of computers to be networked for the computers involved
(operating systems, processor, etc.), the number of rooms to be networked,
the rooms dimensions, the locations of the computers within the rooms,
locations of electrical outlets, and any other pertinent information.
The number of workstations, servers and/or laptops required.

Pricing Notes: Our pre-configured
networking and computer are at prices comparable to retail. We charge a
flat rate per hour for all labor, including networking, computer systems
and office setup and configuration.
Payment Methods: Alive Networks uses a
dual invoice system. The first invoice is issued to cover product costs
before parts are ordered. A second invoice is issued for labor costs after
job completion. We accept cheques, money orders, and cash, as well as
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
